Become a Plantarin and plant your own tree!

It’s no secret that here, at Nord Arin, we love wood and we are passionate about finding creative and innovative ways to shape it and transform it into design pieces of furniture created for contemporary homes that seek style and authenticity. Design, quality and innovation are and will remain the main growth pillars of our company, however we are aware of the importance of a solid sustainability policy.

While we are grateful to be able to create unique pieces out of such a noble material as oak wood, we always keep in mind the responsibility that comes with it. Hence the motivation to give back to nature a fragment of what we receive and help restore the natural balance of the planet in time.

As sustainability has become a top priority at Nord Arin, we are excited to be able to tell the world about the steps we have made during these past few months towards becoming an environmentally friendly company. In October 2021, we officially launched `Become a Plantarin!` - an extensive planting program through which we plant a tree for each furniture piece we sell.

For the Nord Arin customers, it’s a responsible purchase that goes a long way and makes a big difference, while for our company it’s a means to better manifest our respect for nature and our care for the quality of the air we breathe, today and tomorrow.

The actual planting of the trees will be done during the planting season, in spring and autumn, based on received orders of Nord Arin products. We have prepared many surprises which will make our clients proud of their decision to own a Nord Arin piece of furniture and at the same time prove their respect for the natural environment. Of course, depending on the number of ordered pieces, one customer can own one or multiple trees. All the saplings will be planted in different areas across Romania.

Through this campaign, our long-term goal is to build a large `Plantarin` community of people who think alike and spread responsible deeds and kindness throughout the world, while bringing their contribution to a greener future.
