Iconic Dining Tables
Dining tables represent our strategic product category, followed by storage and occasional furniture. As the heart of any home, the dining table represents a major design decision, that triggers many of the other furnishing choices. This is our motivation to build every collection around the dining table, as a statement piece that allows endless design opportunities. We've spent years perfecting our art of creating stunning wood dining tables, that age beautifully.

How we work
Through a vertical production system, we conduct the entire creative and manufacturing process, from concept to final quality controls. We work exclusively with high quality, sustainably sourced hardwoods, mainly oak and ash, while constantly investing in new equipment and integrate up-to-date manufacturing techniques and materials into the production flow.
With a team exceeding 200 woodworking specialists, we supply to B2B clients from competitive markets on 4 continents. Our in-house designers and R&D specialists monitor trends and the latest industry technologies, design new products and enhance clients' projects. They work closely with our strong team of experienced engineers, who make sure the entire manufacturing process goes as planned.

Business model
Our company specializes in the creation of finished products. The process often involves taking a pre-existing Nord Arin design and customizing it to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients and their target audiences. We offer both private label and Nord Arin products.
Green production
We are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint by using green energy, following a strict material consumption policy and implementing "no plastic" packaging. We recycle, we work with low VOC paints and water-based lacquers and we seek to integrate eco-friendly materials.
Vertical production
We oversee every aspect of the manufacturing process, from hand-picking the ideal logs and timber, to the final stages of finishing and quality assurance. The technical capabilities of our factory allow us to innovate and, if needed, be adaptable and flexible on the spot.
Reliable Suppliers
Our products are crafted from solid wood sourced from Romanian forests and are carefully selected from sustainable and trustworthy providers. The Nord Arin specialists travel all over the country to personally choose the highest quality wood and veneers for the furniture we produce.
Quality Testing
We perform rigorous testing on our products and packaging through UL International Italia for the US market, as well as internal drop test procedures for packaging. Our team is always up to date with the latest quality and safety standards and measures are taken accordingly.
Automation
In recent years, we have invested in 3 CNCs, an edging machine, a veneer cutting and joining machine, a veneer press, several calibrating machines, brushing machines, finishing equipment, and a new air filtration system. Investing in the most up-to-date equipment is always a top priority for us.
Certifications
Our processes are regulated in accordance with ISO 9001, FSC, and Social Audits. We maintain a solid quality tracking system with QR code tracking throughout the production flow and complete labeling for each product. Our furniture undergoes testing by an external entity in Italy.
Family Business
Nord Arin is a privately held, family-owned business. The art of woodworking has been passed down through five generations. The Managing Director of the company, Viorel Cretu, also serves as Vice President of the Romanian Furniture Manufacturers Association.
